Sales Vice President + SaaS + AI + Service + Pre-IPO + Virtual + Stock
Our client, a Gartner Leader in the AI + Service Operations space is expanding and looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead a team of 8 Enterprise Software sellers in North America.
They are considering an IPO and your compensation package will include stock
If you have strong leaderships skill, are comfortable in a hyper-growth, start up culture and looking to make an impact we would like to hear from you.
Ideal profile
- 5-10 Sales Leadership (first line) in a SaaS start-up. Currently leading a team
- Interest in the latest AI/ML and Service Operations & Management application
- Have managed teams of 6-8 with annual quota in the $10M range
- Have closed large, complex, multi-year SaaS contacts
- Bring integrity, team focus, and a collaborative mindset
- Have a track record of excellence in all facets of life – academically, professionally, and personally
- Have earned distinction for sales, Presidents Club winner, Top 10% performer
- Bachelor’s degree required MBA preferred
- Location: Virtual
- Compensation: $380k-$400k + Stock + Benefits
