Vice President Sales - Remote
Our client a SaaS innovator of manufacturing software is looking for a VP of Sale to lead their sales team of 6 Account Executives in North America.
We are looking for a leader who can implement a Management Operating Rhythm (MOR) framework. Define the sales priorities, processes, procedures and plans to grow revenue and coach and mentor the team. Formal sales training in MEDDIC, MEDDPICC or Force Management “Command the Message”
Ideal Profile
10 + Years sales leadership with small companies in SaaS
Previous experience implementing a Management Operating Rhythm (MOR) framework.
Domain Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Supplier Relationship Management, ERP, or similar applications
Track record of exceeding quota – Presidents Club
Experience defining what Sales Excellence looks like
Strong Sales Operations experience
Define Sales Process – construction, execution and measurement
Bring best practices, tools, templates and sales playbook
Track record of exceeding quota in the $5M-$6M new ARR range
Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
