Senior Solution Engineer - Pre Sales
Our client, a leading GenAI innovator, is embarking on their 2.0 journey and expanding their sales team. Company is profitable, public and on an upward trajectory in GenAI!
Looking for several pre-sales’ professionals in the US. Each will support a couple of AE’s with your strong pre sales skills, technical acumen, and business acumen
Ideal Profile
- 7+ years in a SaaS Pre Sales capacity – presales, solution engineer, solution architect, senior solution Engineer, professional services, Consultant or similar
- Domain expertise with B2B and B2C Solutions – SaaS CX, Customer Service, e-Commerce, content management, Search or similar
- Passion for the latest technologies including AI/ML and ideally Generative AI
- Basic programming skills with Python, JavaScript and APIs (Postman) – do deep discovery, data wrangling and custom product demonstrations
- Formal sales training - e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, BANT, Force Management, Solution Selling or similar
- Sold at the “Enterprise” level a platform not a point solution – large complex deals
- Tenure in positions
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math or science preferred
- Remote
- Compensation: commensurate with experience – base + bonus + RSUs
- Travel in US – most likely in region ~30%-40%
