Senior Director, Marketing

Our client, the Ethics and Compliance Initiative (ECI) is a 100+ year old membership organization and industry leader in Ethics and Compliance looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on marketing leader.  This role reports to the CEO, joins the executive team with a path to VP of Marketing.

You will define the overall marketing strategy, plan and tactics.  Manage the marketing budget and small team.

Looking for a leader with experience in all aspects of marketing - marketing communications, demand generation, social, web, email, and events.

ECI has an impressive global client list including Johnson & Johnson, Raytheon, KPMG, Boeing, and Google

Ideal profile:

10+ year’s experience in marketing communication and demand generation roles.

Experienced defining the overall marketing strategy, plans and tactics.

Defined product positioning, messaging, branding, segmentation and KPIs

Preference for Ethics & Compliance, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Corporate Responsibility, Corporate Integrity, Diversity, ESG or similar programs or software

Experienced working for a small company, wearing many hats.

Collaborative working with sales to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Excellent writer with strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Able to travel to Washington DC once a month.
