Senior Associate Manager

 

Our client, a niche’ consulting firm, is expanding their Strategic Sourcing/Procurement Practice looking for Consultants – Associate, Senior Associate and Manager level with domain expertise in this area. 

 

Consultants enjoy reduced travel, work/life balance, competitive compensation, excellent benefits, remote work, Full time permanent roles

 

Typical projects include Spend Analysis, Procurement Optimization, Strategic Sourcing, and process reengineering.

 

You will work with a variety of clients across industry as well as Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.  Our client is Forbes, Spend Matters and Vault “Best Consulting Firm” and 15 Year “Best Place to Work”.

Profile: 

2-15 Years Consulting experience with a Consulting firm

Domain expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Procurement Optimization, Spend Analysis or like

Experience with Directs in Food & Beverage, Chemicals, and Information Technology - ideal

Analytical skills with ability to manage complex initiatives, projects, and teams.

Managers will mentor junior team members, be client point of contact.

Managers will manage resources and project profitability.

Bachelors’ degree required - MBA a plus - from a well-regarded university.

Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment

Excellent communication, presentation, and team-oriented skills.

Flexible to travel ~20%

Preferred locations:  New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Colorado, Charlotte.
