Job Description
Our client, a Trust Radius “Most Loved” in the Contact Center space is expanding their marketing team looking for a Product Manager in their Pleasanton office.
If you have solid domain experience in the AI SaaS contact center space and able to work onsite in Pleasanton CA, we would like to speak with you!
Will consider remote candidates open to relocation.
Ideal Profile
- Deep domain expertise in AI powered Contact Center SaaS
- 3 -7 years in a similar Product Manager role in SaaS
- Develop a global Product Marketing plan and execute.
- Understand the Ideal Customer Profile and develop messaging
- Develop marketing programs, tools, collateral and campaigns
- Research & complete SWOT analysis
- Own the product lifecycle introducing new functionality and capabilities.
- Work with other teams to drive demand generation, brand awareness and digital
- Excellent communicator with strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Evangelical with analysts, press, partners, and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism preferred.
- Onsite in Pleasanton CA
- Compensation includes salary of $120k-$140K, benefits, RSU’s
