Our client a powerhouse in the Workforce Optimization Contact Center SaaS space is expanding looking for a Partner Manager to hunt for new partners for their AI Powered multi-channel platform. You will sell with your partners and hang on to your accounts for future expansion and upsell.
Today, they have resellers, system integrator and referral partners along with customers including Nike, Alaska Airlines, Colonial Penn Life Insurance, A Place for Mom and others.
You will be the only Partner Manager in the company and will focus on your existing relationships to jump start your sales plan, work with marketing doing campaigns and have a strong support infrastructure working daily with the CEO!
Ideal candidate profile
5-10 years developing and managing partners/channels in the Contact Center SaaS space.
Hunter, curious, business savvy
Track record of quota attainment
Existing Relationships in the contact center ecosystem,
Solid probing and qualification skills – ability to disqualify and move on
Strategic Selling skills – strong listening skills, probing skills.
Sell Value over price.
Technical skills – strong demonstration skills – able to adjust demo on the fly - dynamic.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
“Make it happen” and sense of urgency working in a small company environment.

Office: 100% Remote
Compensation: $200K OTE, uncapped + Full Benefits
