Director of Sales
Our client, a publicly traded Digital Transformation solutions provider of AI powered Document Management & Accounts Payable SaaS solutions is looking for a Sales Leader! You will define the sales plan, execute the plan and put in place the sales infrastructure to help mature the sales organization. You will help define the GTM for a new AI solution which will be the growth engine for the company while reporting to the CEO.
Ideal candidate will bring
10+ Years in Software/SaaS Sales experience
3+ years in sales leadership roles. Recruiting, managing and mentoring a team
Domain expertise in Financials, Accounting, Accounts Payable, ERP, Procurement or related SaaS
Manage a team of 5 which will grow to 8 in 12 months. Assume a $5M quota
Build the sales infrastructure putting in place the processes, procedures, playbooks, scripts and ICP personas and helping mature an existing team with KPIs, metrics and accountability.
Work with marketing to drive outbound / lead generation efforts.
Put in place a formal sales methodology; Force Management, MEDDIC, Challenger
Bachelor’s degree – prefer accounting, finance business
Flexibility to travel as needed
