Director, Sales Enablement
Our client, a provider of next generation SaaS for manufacturers, is expanding and adding a Director, Sales Enablement, to join their team to drive effectiveness and efficiency of the sales organization. You will manage one direct report.

Ideal Profile
- 5-10 Years in a Sales Enablement position in a SaaS organization
- Demonstrated track record of developing and delivering enablement programs that drive improvements in sales productivity and performance
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs – sales methodology, product
- Domian knowledge of process manufacturing processes a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or supply chain highly desired
- Experience with such tools as HubSpot, GONG, Seismic, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, G Suite or similar
- Data driven – KPI based
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Formal sales training in MEDDIC, Force Management, Challenger, SPIN, Strategic Selling or similar
- High EQ, collaboration and team oriented. Strong character.
- Comfortable working in a small company environment
- Remote
- Compensation: ~$150K Base, plus $50K bonus + Stock
