Our client a Strategic Partner with ServiceNow is looking for an Alliance Partner Manager to help grow their business. You will work in the ServiceNow ecosystem of partners to recruit, support, and sell with the ServiceNow partners for our client. You will be the champion and evangelist bringing our clients capabilities to the ServiceNow partner base.
Our client is a Gartner and Forrester leader in SaaS AI/ML + Customer Experience. CEO has a 97% approval rating and voted Best Place to Work with 90%+ of employees would recommend to a fiend.
They have over 1500 deployments, 600 employees with 40% in Research & Development. Great leadership, products, and culture! They are planning to IPO and joining now will allow for stock
2+ Years in an Alliance or Partner Manager role building strategic alliances and partnerships
Experience and knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem – work/worked for ServiceNow or their partners is required
Identify and onboard new partners in North America
Identify new sales leads with partners and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
Engage with Marketing to develop campaigns and events and host those
Sales focus – understanding how this role supports and helps sales continue to be successful.
Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication and presentations skills
Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred
Travel in the future should be 20%-30%
