Partner Manager
Our client, a fast-growing, global, Generative AI SaaS provider addressing the needs of IT Operations team is expanding their partner program looking for a manager to work with a set of existing global partners in a defined region. This is a remote position; territory is Eastern and Central US.
Leverage your experience with key strategic partners AHEAD, CDI, CDW, Presidio, Trace3 and WWT.
We are looking forward to your experience working with these partners to jump start your plan. Build on your existing network of sales professionals in these partners. You will define your strategy, tactics and plan to grow revenue and build a pipeline of “Enterprise” opportunities
Profile
5+ years in a SaaS “Partner” manager role – Channel Manager, Partner Manager, Alliance Manager
Have experience selling to IT Operations – AI Ops, observability, network monitoring, Dev Ops, SecOps or similar – understand the value proposition - required
Previous experience with two or more of these partners – AHEAD, CDI, CDW, Presidio, Trace3, or WWT. This is a must requirement for consideration.
Reside in the Eastern or Central region in the US – work remotely
Previous direct sales experience is a plus
Follow a formal sales methodology like Force Management, MEDDICC, Challenger, Strategic Selling
Entrepreneurial – experience building a plan and program from scratch
Comfortable is a fast-paced, dynamic, driven and accountability-based environment
Ability to travel 30%-40%
Compensation in the $275k-$300K OTE range
