Our client, a Gartner and Forrester leader in Cloud CXM solutions is expanding and looking for a sales executive to call on a set of named accounts defined as accounts with large contact centers of 750+ seats I the Western Region
Top 20% of AE’s earn ~$400k-$600k in their second year. Top Rep will exceed $1M. Comp plan allows you to build a book of business with residuals each year of the contract. Hang on to your accounts. Company is very sales driven with additional bonus and incentives programs including trips and leased automobiles.
- 7-12 years Enterprise Software/ SaaS Sales experience
- Domain expertise in CXM, CX, VOC, UC, Contact Center, Analytics, Workforce Management, IVR/ACD or similar strongly preferred
- Presidents Clue – Top 10%
- Track record of quota attainment
- Experience selling at the C level in Fortune 100 accounts
- Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
- Self-starter, passionate about winning, “always on”
- Disciplined, formal sales process; Customer Centric Selling, Challenger Selling, or Strategic Selling preferred
- Errors on the side of action versus inaction – Go make it Happen!
- BS degree preferred in business; MBA preferred
- Home based office
- Computer literate with Microsoft, SFDC, WebEx and other sales tools
