Our client a global 25-year-old Mechanical Engineering software provider is looking for an Account Executive on the East Coast to cover US and Canada.
You will sell “Enterprise” accounts 80% hunting 20% account management in a large territory on an exclusive basis. Also, part of this territory will be a set of strategic accounts to work on a national basis. You will hang on to your accounts for expansion and renewals.
Customers in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Medical Device, Heavy Equipment, Transportation, Oil & Gas, Security, Power Systems, High Tech, Consumer Products, and consulting
Partners include PTC, Dassault, Siemens, Solidworks and CAD OEMs
7-10 years Software sales experience selling Enterprise accounts.
Domain expertise selling Engineering, CAD, 3d modeling, Mechanical, PLM, Variance, or related software to engineers and technical buyers.
Bachelor’s degree, mechanical engineering preferred.
Formal sales training such as Challenger, MEDDIC, Force Management, Strategic or Solution Selling
Self-motivated and self-starter, no hand holding needed.
Territory is East coast and Canada + MN
Base + Commissions + Uncapped
