VP Sales. Analytics for Contact Center Overlay
VP Sales + Cloud Contact Center Analytics Software + Overlay Team + Virtual
Our client, a Cloud Contact Center leader is looking for a Director/VP Sales to manage a team of product specialists.
This individual will have experience with contact center software and understand how contact centers operate.
They will have at least 3 years of sales management experience
- 10-15 Years Enterprise Software Sales Experience
- 3-7 years Sales Leadership experience
- Experience managing a remote, national, Overlay sales team
- Domain Expertise in “Contact Center” with understanding of analytics in contact center operations.
- Communicate the Value of a Contact Centers with Analytics, Big Data, CRM, WFM, Performance Management solution set with sales leaders and customers/prospects
- Track record of quota attainment of $15M-$20M range
- Presidents Club, Top Performer
- Operate with a sense of urgency, passion and commitment, assertive personality
- Metric’s driven, KPI and performance driven
- Bachelor’s in Business, MBA strongly desired
- Location: Flexible
Compensation in the $150k Base range / Double OTE + Stock
