Sales Director     Retail / Biometrics / Software   OTE: $260K+Stock


Our client, a disruptive, innovator of Biometric / Security solutions for Retailers, Law enforcement, Military, and Financial Services is expanding following a new round of funding.


You will sell a one of a kind, leading edge, end to end, SaaS technology used by industry leading Retailers who are looking to minimize losses and protect profits.  This is a critical loss prevention application with Facial Recognition to scan the environment and catch theft.

The most successful candidates have experience bringing a new technology to the marketplace, are aggressive hunters, and follow a Challenger Sales profile.  Current Sales Director on the Retail team is over 200% of quota and will have an opportunity to earn over $600k-$1M in an uncapped environment with equity!  You will be teamed with a full time, in-house lead generator setting appointments for you.


This is a ground floor opportunity with the only solution of its kind in the marketplace with key customers including the Federal Government/Navy Seals, Law Enforcement Agencies, Financial Institutions, and Retailers including Loews, and Shop Rite.


Role:  Sales Director selling to Retailers in the US


Ideal Profile: 

  • 7+ years Selling Enterprise software – complex, sophisticated applications
  • Track record of quota attainment on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Hunter profile – capturing net new logo’s
  • Evangelical Sales skills
  • Experience selling to Retailers
  • Creative – think outside the box
  • Ability to quarterback deals, direct resources who do not report to you
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, VC backed start up
  • Challenger Selling preferred
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Flexibility to work from home office and travel as needed
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert, demo the product and bring value to the customer
  • Must be comfortable with technology – doing own demonstrations and WebEx
  • Location:  Prefer Los Angeles – open
