Our client, an established leader of SaaS ERP & SCM solutions is expanding in the US.
Looking for HUNTERS who will build a territory plan for a multi-state territory. Execute your plan by prospecting, qualifying and closing business. This is a true HUNTER role acquiring new logo’s and some cross-selling accounts in your territory. You will partner with your product Solution Consultant setting account strategy and plans.
You will conduct your own demand generation and prospecting activities while meeting face to face with customers as often as possible. This is a true client facing role with a high call volume expectation to sell ~8 deals per year. You will receive training and on-going mentoring with your manager. You have a multi-product portfolio to sell as a true trusted advisor
Annual quota is ~$750k for a fully ramped representative, reduced for first year reps. Quota is attainable and income expectations in the $100k-$120k base, double OTE and Benefits. Accelerators kick in over 100% and Presidents Club at 110%
3-10 Years Enterprise Software sales experience in a SaaS model
Strong Hunters, developing a strong pipeline and closing revenue – Go Getter!
Bachelor’s degree - Academic all-star! Strong GPA, honors graduate in a challenging discipline such as math, science or engineering. MBA preferred
Note: Preference given to candidates who attended a military academy
Domain knowledge in ERP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, engineering strongly preferred
Formal sales training, Challenger Selling methodology strongly preferred
Track record of building a territory plan, executing your plan to achieved quota
Selling to C level executives in Mid-market accounts
Home office arrangement
Flexibility to travel ~35%
