If you have a desire to hunt for new business, manage your territory as if the CEO, work with partners and System Integrators and sell direct or with partners (who represent 60% of your deals).   Read on….

  • 7-12 years Enterprise Software/ SaaS Sales experience
  • Track record of quota attainment
  • Evangelical / Disruptive Sales – selling a leading edge, disruptive technology
  • Good career management, tenure in positions
  • Self-starter, passionate about winning, “always on”
  • Domain Expertise in the Customer Experience (CX), VOC, Call Center or related technology strongly preferred or curious to learn a new space
  • Disciplined, formal sales process; Customer Centric Selling, Challenger Selling,
  • Errors on the side of action versus inaction – Go make it Happen!
  • Type A personality
  • BS degree preferred in business, MBA preferred
  • Home based office
  • Minimal travel
  • Computer literate with Microsoft, SFDC, WebEx and other sales tools
