Past Top Performers look like this:
- 7-12 years Enterprise Software/ SaaS Sales experience
- Track record of quota attainment and Top Ranking
- Evangelical / Disruptive Sales – selling a leading edge, disruptive technology
- Good career management, tenure in positions
- Self-starter, passionate about winning, “always on”
- Domain Expertise in the Customer Experience (CX), CRM, VOC, Call Center or related technology strongly preferred or curious to learn a new space
- Disciplined, formal sales process; Customer Centric Selling, Challenger Selling,
- Errors on the side of action versus inaction – Go make it Happen!
- Type A personality
- BS degree preferred in business
- Home based office
- Territory: CO + adjoining state
- Computer literate with Microsoft, SFDC, WebEx and other sales tools
