Our client, a SaaS disruptor of contact center software with 500+ customers in 26 countries is expanding in Japan looking for a Channel Manager to support existing customers and distributor/resellers while recruiting new partners in Japan.

Ideal candidate profile
10+ years developing distribution partners/channels in the Contact Center SaaS space
Location: Japan
Bi-Lingual – Japanese and English
Hybrid sales + presales skills /technical skills
Strategic and creative developing channel plans with partners and execute the plan.
Knowledge of players and competitors in the CC/CX partner ecosystem
Ideally knowledge of Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE
Sales orientation – results driven – holds partners accountable for plans and deliverables.
Metrics driven – use metrics to manage your business.
Bachelor’s degree or above
“Make it happen” and sense of urgency working in a small/start-up company environment (not everything is defined today)
