Account Executive

Our client, an Enterprise Customer Experience SaaS leader which leverages AI / Machine Learning is expanding and hiring! They recently promoted their AE who sold as an account. They need someone to take over Salesforce and ~15 other existing accounts while hunting for new logos with your Business Developer

Today, close to 1000 brands use their platform to garner deep customer sentiment to predict future behavior. Existing customers include Amazon, Kaiser Permanente, Toyota, McDonald's, American Express, GoDaddy, LinkedIn, Buzzfeed, ESPN and more.

Top AE s have earned $500k-$650k due to the unique compensation plan which pays not only accelerators over 100% but an upfront escalator on multi-year deals. Presidents Club at 120%

Aggressive compensation plan + reduced 1st year quota + Formal Sales Training + Some Existing Accounts + Upward mobility

Ideal candidate:

  • 5-12 Years Enterprise SaaS - Software Sales Experience
  • High Achiever - Track record of distinction Excellence exceeding quota exceeding stretch goals
  • Have sold to or worked for Salesforce knowledge of the organization and structure
  • Domain experience in Customer Experience, CX, AI/ML, Analytics, Voice of the customer (VOC), marketing or similar
  • Bachelor s Degree
  • Ability to sell Value to C level executives in Fortune 500 accounts
  • Location: Western Region

Must be able to travel to accounts in the Western Region US & Canada (No DUIs in the US in the past 10 years)
